Applications are invited from suitable candidates possessing domicile of Punjab to fill the following University created posts in different departments of Fatima Jinnah Medical University, Lahore under the following terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions

Recruitment will be made under Contract Appointment Policy 2004 (amended in 2022)/ Service Statutes of FJMU/ FJMU Act-2015 on contract basis for a period of Three (03) years, extendable subject to good performance.
Age, Qualification and Experience as per eligibility criteria. Age relaxation will be granted as per existing policy of the Govt. of the Punjab.
No application will be entertained if received after due date or submitted other than through online.
No T.A / D.A. will be paid to candidates for test/ interview.
Only Short-listed candidates will be called for test/ interview.
Number of Posts may be increased/ decreased according to requirement. The Institute reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process for any post, at any stage, without assigning any reason.
Candidates, if already doing job in Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies, should submit their applications through Proper Channel.
The vacancies will be filled purely on merit under Academic Qualifications, Experience and Progress in interview.
The applicants having Foreign Degree must have HEC Equivalence Certificate.

Nephrology Associate Professor BPS-20	01 Post	30-50 years	(i) MBBS with Ph.D. or FCPS or MD Nephrology equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission or membership of Royal Colleges along with CCT or CST or CESR (UK) or Diplomat of American Board or equivalent international terminal qualification as determined by the Higher Education Commission; (ii) Five years' post terminal qualification level teaching or research experience in an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission; and (iii) Ten research publications with at least five publications in the last five years in the journals recognized by the Higher Education Commission or Pakistan Medical and Dental Council.
Neurology Assistant Professor BPS-19	01 Post	25-45 years	MBBS with Ph.D. or FCPS or MD Neurology equivalent qualification from an institute university recognized by the Higher Education Commission or membership of Royal Colleges along with CCT or CST or CESR (UK) or Diplomat of American Board or equivalent international terminal qualification as determined by the Higher Education Commission.
