Forensic Medicine and Toxicology Department exists in the building housing DME at ground floor and Department in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors of the building. On the 1st floor is the Head of Department and Doctors offices, Demonstration room, a conference room – cum library, equiped with computer and printer. 2nd floor consists of Toxicology Lab and Chemicals store, Lab Technician office, Museum and Museum keeper office, a doctor’s office. 3rd floor consists Biology Lab and Lab equipment store, Lab attendant office, Research lab, Dark Room and doctor’s office. Lectures of 3rd Years students, around 300 in numbers are conducted in the lecture theater, whereas demonstrations in the Department, Medico legal demonstrations in the Casualty of the Sir Ganga Ram hospital and the Autopsy demonstrations in the mortuary of Jinnah Hospital, Lahore.
