Today, Prof. Dr. Khalid Masud Gondal, Vice Chancellor, Fatima Jinnah Medical University and Mr. Wajid Ali Shah (PMS), Special Secretary (Development & Reforms), Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department visited College of Nursing & Midwifery along with Prof. Dr. Zohra Khanum, Chairperson & HOD Department of Obs & Gynecology Unit 2/ Dean of Nursing, Fatima Jinnah Medical University, Dr Athar Yousaf, Medical Superintendent, SGRH and Mrs. Bilquees Akhtar, Principal, College of Nursing & Midwifery, FJMU.
Prof. Dr. Zohra Khanum, Dean of Nursing, FJMU explained current programs and operational issues of the Nursing college. During visiting of class rooms/ skilled lab/ library and while interacting with classes of Nursing Prof. Dr. Khalid Masud Gondal, Vice Chancellor, FJMU mentioned that MPhil and PHD Program will also started in near future. All participants also visited under constructed block allocated for new BS Midwifery Degree Program. Mr. Wajid Ali Shah (PMS), Special Secretary (Development & Reforms), Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department appreciated the working on Nursing college with minimum resources and promised to facilitate regarding other new spaces in near future.
