40TH MEETING OF FINANCE & PLANNING COMMITTEE, FATIMA JINNAH MEDICAL UNIVERSITY

A meeting of the Finance and Planning Committee, Fatima Jinnah Medical University, was held under the Chairmanship of Vice Chancellor, FJMU Prof. Khalid Masud Gondal. It was attended by Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Kamran Khalid Khawaja, Registrar Prof. Muhammed Nadeem, Chairperson Department of Medicine/ Director QEC/ Dean Nursing & Allied Prof. Bilquis Shabbir, Chairperson Department of Obst. & Gynae/ Dean Undergraduate Prof. Aisha Malik, Dean Basic Sciences/ Head of Anatomy Department Prof. Aliya Zahid and Treasurer Mr. Tariq Saeed. Also, external members were present: Member Institute of Chartered Accountant of Pakistan & ICMAP Mr. Ale- Imran Siddiqi and representative from P&D Department Govt. of Punjab, Miss Uzma Hafeez.

Medical Superintendent, SGRH Dr. Amir Saleem, Medical Superintendent, GTHS Dr. Sohail Arshad, Medical Superintendent, GMTH Dr. Muhammad Ahsan Awan, Additional Medical Superintendent (Purchase) Dr. Athar Yousaf, Director General PTGD, Dr. Hussain Jafri, Director Finance, SGRH and representative of HEC also attended the meeting as members of the Finance & Planning Committee.

In the meeting,Deputy Treasurer & Internal Auditor, presented various agenda items as per future vision and mission statement of Fatima Jinnah Medical University.

The Finance & Planning Committee recommended agenda items to the Syndicate, FJMU for final approval.

The meeting ended with a vote of thanks by the Vice Chancellor, FJMU Prof. Khalid Masud Gondal.
