A meeting of the Finance and Planning Committee (F&PC), Fatima Jinnah Medical University, was held under the Chairmanship of Vice Chancellor, FJMU Prof. Khalid Masud Gondal.
The meeting was attended by Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Kamran Khalid Khawaja, Registrar Prof. Muhammed Nadeem, Chairperson Department of Medicine/ Director QEC/ Dean Nursing & Allied Prof. Bilquis Shabbir, Chairperson Department of Obst. & Gynae/ Dean Undergraduate Prof. Aisha Malik, Dean Basic Sciences/ Head of Anatomy Department Prof. Aliya Zahid, Deans Prof. Abdul Hameed, Prof. Naveed Akbar Hotiana and Treasurer Mr. Tariq Saeed. Also, external members were present: Member Institute of Chartered Accountant of Pakistan & ICMAP Mr. Ale- Imran Siddiqi. representative from HEC Mr. Arslan Majeed and representative from P&D Department Govt. of Punjab,
Miss Uzma Hafeez.
The Medical Superintendent, SGRH Prof. Dr. Hafiz Moin Ud Din, Medical Superintendent, GTHS Dr. Faryad Hussain, Additional Medical Superintendent (Purchase) Dr. Athar Yousaf, Consultant Development Projects, SGRH Dr. Ijaz Ahmed Sheikh, Director Finance, SGRH and also attended the meeting as members of the Finance & Planning Committee.
In the meeting, the Secretary F&PC Treasurer Mr. Tariq Saeed presented various agenda items regarding Maintenance and Repair works of Allied Institutions and agendas as per future vision and mission statement of Fatima Jinnah Medical University.
The Finance & Planning Committee recommended agenda items to the superior forum, the Syndicate, FJMU for final approval.
The meeting ended with a vote of thanks by the esteemed Vice Chancellor, FJMU Prof. Khalid Masud Gondal.
