FJMU ANNUAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE 2023: PRE-SCIENTIFIC WORKSHOP ON “TIME MANAGEMENT/ STRESS MANAGEMENT” AT FJMU

A pre-scientific workshop on “Time Management/Stress Management” was organised by GYNAE Unit 1 under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Aisha Malik, HOD Obst. & Gynae Unit 1/Dean undergraduates, FJMU.Patron-in-Chief of the workshop, Vice Chancellor FJMU PROF. DR. KHALID MASUD GONDAL (T.I. and presidential pride of performance).

Prof. Dr. Bilquis Shabbir (Chairperson, Department of Medicine/Quality Enhancement Cell/Dean Nursing, FJMU), organising secretary of the annual scientific conference-2023, also graced the occasion.The session was facilitated by Prof. Dr. Shamsa Humayun (visiting Prof. Obst. & Gyne, FJMU, former VC and Dean Surgery, FJMU) and moderated by Associate Prof. Dr. Saima Chaudhary.The main objective of today’s workshop was to educate the participants on time management in our daily lives and how to set and prioritise our objectives, as this will help us to achieve our goals without putting ourselves in crisis.The workshop was attended by 35 participants, including senior faculty members, SRs, and PGRs from different departments of FJMU and Teaching Hospital Shadhara.Prof. Dr. Aisha Malik (HOD Gynae Unit 1) praises the team for conducting this workshop so well and said that the driving force behind all these academic activities is VC FJMU SIR Prof. Dr. Khalid Masud Gondal.

Prof. Dr. Khalid Masud Gondal, VC FJMU, highly appreciated the effort of Gynae 1 and facilitator Prof. Dr. Shamsa Humayun. He praised the topic selection and emphasised that time should be managed by prioritising things, and everyone should consider time investment for life hereafter as well.

At the end, certificates were distributed by VC FJMU, which was followed by a group photo.
