Hon’ble Minister for Health Punjab Prof. Javed Akram visited newly constructed Fatima Jinnah Institute of Mother & Child Health, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Lahore alongwith Vice Chancellor FJMU Prof. Khalid Masud Gondal and Additional Secretary (Fin.) Health Department Miss Shahida Farrukh.
Medical Superintendent/ Project Director Dr. Athar Yousaf and Consultant Development Projects Dr. Ijaz Ahmed Sheikh also joined them during visit.
Project Director MCH Block Dr. Athar Yousaf briefed the Hon’ble Minister for Health about this project.
Prof. Javed Akram praised and paid tribute for providing the best and International Standards Healthcare Facilities at Fatima Jinnah Institute of Mother & Child Health.
He said that the Fatima Jinnah Institute of Mother & Child Health is serving the people in excellent way. The medical facilities available here, are in no way inferior than the facilities available in Hospitals of the developed countries. He said that under the kind supervision of Vice Chancellor, Prof. Khalid Masood Gondal, this Institute will continue to provide the best healthcare facilities to the ailing Humanity.
