A meeting was held at office of Chairman PHEC Dr Shahid Munir, attended by VC-FJMU Prof Khalid Masud Gondal leading his team of senior faculty including ProVC Prof Kamran Khalid, Principal FJMC Prof Noreen Akmal, Prof Munizza Qayyum, Dean Undergraduate and Chairperson Scholarship Committee, Prof Bilquis Shabbir, Director QEC/Dean Nursing/Chairperson Medicine and Registrar Prof Nadeem Kasuri. Memorandum of Understanding was signed between FJMU and Allah Walay Trust for award of scholarship to deserving students. VC-FJMU briefed the Chairman about recent advances made by FJMU. Prof Munizza Qayyum explained the already existing scholarship system of FJMU with policy of 100% availability of financial aid to less privileged students. Chairman PHEC appreciated efforts of VC-FJMU and faculty of FJMU over its progress as a university and increasing visibility on national and international fora, and participation and acceptance in various ranking systems.
