A pre-scientific workshop on “TIME MANAGEMENT” was held at FJMU Lahore, organised by Gynae & Obst. Department, FJMU/ SGRH, Lahore under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Aisha Malik, HOD Gynae and Obst. Unit 1/Dean undergraduates, FJMU, and Prof. Shamsa Humayun.

This one-day session was facilitated by PROF DR SHAMSA HUMAYUN (Academic Advisor to DME, visiting Prof. Gynae and Obst. FJMU/Former VC and Dean Surgery, FJMU ) and Dr. Saima Chaudhary, Associate Professor Gynae Unit 1.
A total of 35 participants from various hospitals and specialties participated in the workshop.
The main objective of the workshop was to educate the participants on effective and productive management of time and identify time wasters in their lives.
The participants were engaged in various group activities to learn about organisation, planning, and delegation for effective time management.
Prof. Dr. Khalid Masud Gondal, VC FJMU, Professor Abrar Ashraf, Director Department of Medical Education, KEMU, Lahore and Prof. Dr. Bilquis Shabbir (Chairperson, Department of Medicine/Quality Enhancement Cell/Dean Nursing, FJMU) graced the occasion.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Khalid Masood Gondal emphasised the importance of this very needed workshop. In his speech, he shared the strategies he practices for good time management being head of two big institutions. He highly appreciated the facilitators and organisers for organising such a workshop.
