A meeting was held at FJMU, attended by respected VC-FJMU Prof Khalid Masud Gondal along with his team of senior faculty including ProVC Prof Kamran Khalid, Principal FJMC Prof Noreen Akmal, Prof Bilquis Shabbir, Director QEC/Dean Nursing/Chairperson Medicine , Prof Amna Yousaf, Dr Syed Sajjad Sarwar, Additional Registrar, MS Dr Zafar Ali,Principal Nursing College Bilquees Rana, Rizwan Ahmed from Country office UNFPA islamabad, Miss Mehwish and Dr Mahnoor Fatima BSc Midwifery Coordinator. Moreover, a virtual meeting was attended by Dr Naila Yasmeen and Shoaib Ahmed from UNFPA.
VC Prof Khalid Masud Gondal appreciated the efforts of UNFPA and their support in providing the equipment and renovation of building for Bsc Midwifery. he further added that with the support of UNFPA, we will try to approve the curriculum of midwifery from PNC as soon as possible. UNFPA also appreciated the efforts of FJMU senior faculty in making necessary arrangements for the upcoming training of the third batch at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital through the University of Burnette, online platform.
