WORKSHOP ON “ENTREPRENEURSHIP: IDEAS TO OPPORTUNITY, FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS” AT FJMU

Innovation and entrepreneurship along with technology together can open up a new avenue of development and knowledge based prosperity for Pakistan.

In an attempt to equip, students with various business models, start ups and entrepreneurship the office of research, innovation and commercialization (ORIC) under the visionary and dynamic leadership of the Worthy Vice Chancellor Prof. Khalid Masud Gondal (Tamga-e-Imtiaz, Presidential Pride of Performance) held a workshop on “Entrepreneurship: ideas to opportunity, foundation for success” at Department of Research, Innovation & Commercialization (ORIC), Fatima Jinnah Medical University.

The Worthy Vice Chancellor Prof. Khalid Masud Gondal graced the occasion as Chief Guest.

Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Kamran Khalid Khawaja, Principal Noreen Akmal, Registrar Prof. Muhammad Nadeem Kasuri and Faculty Members attended the workshop.

Leading entrepreneur of country Mr. Ahmed Khan (Founder of Daraz, Cheetay and Swyft Logistics) and his team conducted the workshop.

The objective of the workshop was to develop ideation, operation and implementation and to study goal strategy including revenue generation.

The Worthy Vice Chancellor in his address emphasized the importance of such workshops and industrial collaboration in an effort to bring positive change in society.

The workshop ended with a question answer session and feedback.
